i don't see readme file in example project "basic_ble_extctrl". 

How do I use it or what's the purpose for this example project?

    Hi Frank,

    Thank you for reaching out. Upon looking into the example in the latest SDK, it appears you are correct and there is no readme. I have reached out to R&D to see if we have any documentation we can share while the readme is being prepped. In the meantime, I expect this example to work similarly to a PTM enabled basic_ble, where you can send NPI commands over UART to the project to make it execute certain BLE operations.
