CC2745R10-Q1: The CC2745 custom mode cannot run the sample code (Data stream).

Hi TI experts. We have a strange problem and could you give us some hints? We designed our own CC2745R10 module. We tested it with Smart RF Studio, and both the CW and RX were fine. However, after compiling the firmware into the module, my smart phone can't scan the advertising packets, and the current stays at 8mA without any peak.

My IDE is CCS 20.0.1.

My SDK is simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_9_12_00_19. Our module has an external 32K, and I also tried compiling RCOSC with the same result.

Additionally, I used the CC2745 launch pad for cross-testing, and everything worked fine on the launch pad.

The date codes of our module and the launch pad are shown in the image below.

Could you give me some hints? please.

Hello,

To double check, did you confirm that you are not seeing any advertisements from the device? If not, can you see if you can see the BLEAPPUTIL_ADV_START_AFTER_ENABLE event, or you can take a sniffer log. Also, did you flash the HSM Firmware to the device?
