CC2745R10-Q1: How to verify debug authentication/how to stop re-flashing device and enter into debug mode by authenticating

im using CCS(Version: 20.4.0.13__1.10.0), SDK, SYSCONFIG versions are as shown below


configuration in CCS:

When attempt to flash, CCS loads and below pop-up appears for authentication, but actually supposed to only flash right?

When I try to debug the project, CCS eliminates all configurations and re-flashes the new configuration, and a pop-up that appears similar to the one mentioned above. However, if a configuration already exists, I do not wish to re-flash the device with a new configuration; I simply need to authenticate using the existing configuration on the device.
How can I perform authentication for the debug settings that are already configured on the device?

I'm a little confused. How are you starting the debug on the project, what button are you selecting to start the debug?

I'm utilizing two techniques to begin the debug: As seen in the figure below, under the [Run] tab
1. by utilizing Debug Project (empty)F5
2. By utilizing Start Debugging

In both scenarios, the CCS will load the new project, remove the old one, and display an authentication pop-up.
if already authentication was set on the device, if i want to load new project/start debug, previous authentication is required right?
How can I create authentication for a configuration that already exists?
