Linker Layer Error at defaults-

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2540, CC2541

Dear TI E2E Community,

Thank you looking into my post. I have the SmartRF05 Evaluation Module. All I really need to connect is the Simple Peripheral to the Dongle. I am having problems building the default codes. For the CC2540, the IAR compiler just will not build the code and fails at the link layer with different reasons for every setting that I could put it on. I have followed the steps, but nothings works. When I downloaded the SimpliTI (for what I understand, its not for the CC2540), but it builds completely fine.

I have included the snap shots of the settings to help the support. By the way, I am on the clock as IAR only lasts for 30 days for my BLE testing purposes, and if I cannot even test it within that time, it would really negatively impact the project as it is really difficult to continue if guided defaults are not working.
 .
Updated info:
On the snapshots, the first process I show is the SimplicTI working and building just fine. The second process is me trying to build the Simple BLE peripheral and it failing.
.
Some notes about the issue:
-Works fine for the SimplicTI example projects
-Maybe the version that the IAR IDE worked with for the CC2540 was of a different one? - IAR has confirmed this may be an issue
-No codes were adjusted
-Always fails at the Link Layer with different errors each time setting is different, fails at default, fails at guided steps, fails at my own combination of settings
-Will not build, but does compile.
-The SmartRF05 drivers are successfully associated with the boards
-I have tried all the different defaults given with the BLE stack - just doesn't work on link layer
.
Thank you very much for reading. I appreciate it greatly.
