CC2564 Frequency Hopping - Spreading Code

We are trying to certify a CC2564 based product - similar to this thread with the StoneStreet Stack.

Only trying to fill out the application now - could someone educate me on what I could fill in for what spreading code the CC2564 uses?
I assume that my question for JRL is only relevant for certifying the BT2.1 mode of the CC2564, since:

Although Bluetooth LE uses frequency hopping method during the communication, it is not defined as a system using the frequency hopping method according to Radio Equipment Regulations, Article 4.17.49.20

Do both BLE and BT2.1 modes of the CC2564 use AFH?

The hopping code's based on the device address and clock somehow? If so, what would one put for code sequence, code length, and code speed?

Which certification are you referring to?

We’ve done ETSI/FCC/IC and Bluetooth SIG certifications.

Hi Sundeep,

Thanks for the quick response -

We are trying to certify for Japan, and in their application, they are requesting the hopping sequence code - if a gold code is used, and for code length and code speed.

I'm searching through the links you provided for this.

I understand I should need this for the BT classic mode of the CC2564, but maybe I can skip it for the BLE mode (as per the 1st post)

[Sundeep] as per the Bluetooth specifications.

DSSS : (1Mbps: DBPSK, 2Mbps: DQPSK, 5.5/11Mbps: CCK)

Symbol rate ：1Mbps(BPSK/QPSK), 1.375Mbps(CCK)
