I read the pdf and i learnt from it that in order to flash the dongle , I need CC debugger.Unfortunately i dont have it..I just ordered the CC 2540 USB dongle.So do i need to buy it now separately or is there some other possible way ..

Both SmartRF05EB and CC Debugger can be used for FW download and debug. However, CC Debugger is cost effective one.

What is the cost of each one of them?

And also can u tell me that whether buying one of them will surely solve my originally stated problem?

Test to see if the USB Dongle is loaded with the Packet Sniffer firmware.  You can download the software from here:

You should be able to see the sensor data inside the packets in real time if that is the firmware on the dongle.

Try reinstalling the drivers to see if BTOOL connects if Packet Sniffer doesn't work.

I had downloaded the packet sniffer; it got connected with the dongle but the main problem is that I need to get the readings of accelerometer and gyroscope and for that i think that i need to work with the BLE device monitor, but the BLE device monitor is not detecting the right COM port. I checked it on the TI site, individual prices of SmartRF05EB and CCDebugger have not been provided.

Also I would like to ask if Flash Programmer can be downloaded or do I need to buy it?

You can read the accelerometer and gyroscope data from the packet sniffer.  Download the Packet Sniffer Manual http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/swru187.  It also describes how to save and broadcast packet data.

It is not as easy as using the other tools, but it will definitely give you a better understanding of what is going on.

Experiment with it while you wait for your CCDebugger.

I am new for Blutooth.

I want to design my own blutooth module which is based on CC2564 chipset.

My question is,If i am using the CC2564 chipset directly on my module without programming, is this work or we need to program the the CC2564 chipset.

If It is programmable then how we can programm it.

note : My microcontroller is other than MSP430 & Tiva.

TI have both CC2564 chipset & module.But in our project we want to use the chipset.i.e QFN IC.if i am using this chipset ,is there any preconfigure stack inside the chip so that we can talk with it or we need to write the stack for that.

this module having its own AT cammand.whenever i  send the AT cammand to this module at that time the module responds to that AT cammand.

Is the CC2564 module works like that or is there any other way.

The firmaware installed in Sensortag works just with Packet Sniffer Application. If you like to let it working with BLE device Monitor's application, you should modify the firmware.

To do this, you can  upload the designed firmware of BLE device but you should download SMARTRF Flash Programmer and you can buy a CC debuger or use a IAR Embedded Workbensh IDE .
