I have a problem in running code on CC2650F128RSM (4x4) package.
I try to download SimpleBLEPerepherial application to CC2650 RSM with custom hardware. I use XDS110 probe (devpack debug) and CCS. I have check a this topic. And set all correct defines and include directories:
I have rebuild stack and application, download stack with Flash Programmer 2, then try to debug application from CCS and it isn't works - don't tell errors, just doesnt start application (in compare with CC2650STK debug process):
Verifying is Ok. Schematic below(actually used 4-wire jtag):
One more point - crystal of custom device doesn't starts (checked with osciloscope x100 probe).
When I try to make this operations with CC2650STK hardware it's working properly.
Maybe problem is I use very early chip revision (provided by local distributor in feb. 2015)?
