I want measuer RSSI of Keyfob on usb dongle . When i flash BLEcentral code in usb dongle then it does not goes in device scanning mode.

and What are the changes required in BLEcentarl program for USB dongle goes in scanning mode with press key or any other solution

You suppose to change hal_key.c and Push Button Configuration in hal_board_cfg.h to make it work on CC2540 USB dongle.
