CC2564B connection issue with Android Smart Phone

a customer is having issue when trying to have stable connection between CC2564B and Android Smartphone. If they are using iOS or PC+CC2540 USB Dongle, the issue doesn't appear. I tried it myself using the out of the box SPPLEDemo example, and I am having hard time to setup connection using Android but things are working seamlessly using PC+CC2540USB Dongle andBLEDeviceMonitor/BTool.

I and the customer have tried to update the service pack as can be seen in the initialization output "FW Version: 7.33".

Is there anything that users need to pay attention to make stable connection between CC2564B and Android smart phones? I tried to find similar cases on the forum, but no success.
