Whether Object Transfer Profile/ service ( Object Transfer Profile/ service is a GATT based specification adapted on 17 November 2015 by the Bluetooth SIG) is available in TI BLE STACK version 2.2.1

    No, we don't ship with this adopted profile. I don't know of any plans to provide one as an example either. You can see the Bluetooth Developer Studio if it can generate this profile for you.
