How to use CALLBACK mode to do UART receive?

I want to use EXT IO INT  to warn up device ,and then init UART params ,  and next I will first send one byte to tell other device to send data to CC2640R2F .I tryed this ,but can't receive data.  how to do it?

    I suppose you need to use the following two line to disable CC2640R2F enter power saving mode

    Power_setConstraint(PowerCC26XX_SB_DISALLOW);
    Power_setConstraint(PowerCC26XX_IDLE_PD_DISALLOW);

    After you finish UART receiving, you should use the following two line to enable CC2640R2F enter power saving mode again.

    Power_releaseConstraint(PowerCC26XX_SB_DISALLOW);
    Power_releaseConstraint(PowerCC26XX_IDLE_PD_DISALLOW);
