CC256XQFNEM: CC256x Bluetooth hardware evaluation tool download broken

I bought cc256xQFN-EM and follow the wiki page "http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x_Bluetooth_Hardware_Evaluation_Tool".

But I can't find the way to download the evaluation tool from "www.ti.com/.../swrc256"

The BHET tool was taken down due to incompatibilities with newer windows versions. For RF tests, you can use the HCITester tool to send the service-pack and the HCI commands to the controller.
HCITester: www.ti.com/.../swru136

Hardware connection setup would be the same as BHET.
