RTOS/CC2640R2F: OAD Sometimes report Flash error

Hi ,

My device use the example " simple_peripheral_oad_offchip " and I use the Btool to perform the OAD on my device.

Most of the time I can OAD success ,but sometimes the OAD will report Flash error ,and I must reset my device then I can perform OAD again.

I know "Flash error " means flash function failure such as flashOpen/flashRead/flash write/flash erase .if so ,flash error should always report.

But it sometimes can oad success ,and sometimes report flash error.

what could be the reason of that phenomenon?

What is "flash error"? Post the exact error that you are getting

The version of the SDK I am using is the simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_1_40_00_45.

Unfortunately that error message is not very descriptive. Are you able to replicate this with the out-of-the-box simple_peripheral_oad project? If so, please post the steps so that I can set it up.
