CC2640R2F: Using btool with cc2640 USB dongle to test OAD upgrade in CC2640

Hi

I've got Btool version 1.42.16 which came with the simple link BLE stack 2.40.00.32. I would like to use it to test OAD upgrade on a CC2640.

Also I have an CC2540 USB dongle here which I flashed with CC2540_USBdongle_HostTestRelease_All.hex from BLE stack BLE-CC254x-1.5.0.16, which is the latest version I could fine. The dongle works fine with the old BTool wich came in the CC254x stack (which is version 1.40.15), but this version does not have the oad feauteres implemented it seems. When I try to connect from the latest Btool to the dongle, it comes up with the following error:

Serial port closed, request ignored, close device and reopen.

Is there a CC2540_USBdongle_HostTestRelease_All.hex that still works with the latest bTool and if not what can I use to test OAD with btool?

    As I know, Btool for CC2540 doesn't support OAD for now. You might need to use CC2640R2 or CC26x2R1 LaunchPad with latest SDK Btool to test this.
