CC2640R2F: Programming microcontroller on a custom board

I don’t think you need to power your custom board separately but you can try. By the way, can Flash Programme 2 recognize your custom board?

It recognizes the debugger but not the board. When I try to flash the board from Flash Programmer, I get an error. 

Can you take a picture to show me your connection between debugger and your custom board?

I don't have it available right now but why would a longer connection ( greater than 10 cm) cause problems?

Please go through the "board bring-up" in  first. 

Long cable would cause bad jtag signal.

Hello, so our DCDC_SW pin is not connected to the VDDR pin. Would this cause an issue with the microcontroller flashing? 

Is this intentional or an error? 

Is the VDDR voltage 1.67 V?

This could be an error. I am posting our schematic for reference. Please let us know if you see any glaring problems. 

This will never work sine a cap is required on the DCOUPL pin, VDDR amd VDDR_RF has to be connected together with a decoupling etc. 

Okay, do you see any problem with DCDC_SW and X24M_P and X24M_N? Would the requirements you listed above prevent from programming the microcontroller?
