CC2640R2F: Supported Bluetooth specification version

Hi,

My customer is looking for devices with bluetooth 5.1 support.
I am trying to figure out which TI device support which BLE spec.
But our documents have a lot of inconsistencies and it is not possible to understand clearly.

Product table shows a lot of devices support Bluetooth 5.1 including CC2640R2F/2650/2640.

This document also says BLE stack for CC2640R2F/2650/2640 have QDID for BT core spec v5.1, but devices seem to be qualified only v5.0 or v4.2.

Below E2E says CC2650MODA does not support v5.0/5.1.

As far as I checked everything, below seems correct.
CC26x2 and CC13x2 support v5.1
CC2640R2F supports v5.0
CC2650/2640 support v4.2

Please correct me if I misunderstand.
And please clarify/correct information on TI.com.

    Hi Koichiro,

    If your customer wants to use Bluetooth 5.1, the recommended device is CC13x2/CC26x2. Although there is a Bluetooth 5 stack for CC2640R2, it's not feasible to use it because there isn't enough memory on the device.
