Hi ,

I was able to use this software the day before yesterday, but I can't use it today.Then I uninstall and reinstall,I use the smart studio version 2.17.0 and 2.16.0 and 2.15.0,It still doesn't work,and report only this error as the picture,I'm sure my hardware connection is ok。I don't know what's wrong with the xml.

    Please, as stated, verify that all the jumpers are properly set and that no other application (such as CCS) is using the same device.

    Please try to connect the board to the SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 and see if it is able to recognize the device.

    Hi Siri,

    The SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 can recognize and program it .I am sure that all the jumpers are properly set,the hardware is ok,and no other tools using it.I closed all tools only running smart studio.

    Are you haveing problems running the device from SmartRf STudio or is the problem happening when you are trying to open an. xml file?

    The message indicates that you are trying to open an .xml file that has something worng with the format when it comes to the PA settings.

    can you share the file you are trying to use, and also give information as to where you have received that file?

    According to our tools team, the serial number (L1000743) indicates that you are using a CC2650LP. Have you mounted a CC2652 device on a CC2650LP?

    It is important that you give us all details on what you have done (HW and SW) if we shall be able to help you.

    Hi Siri,

    This error occurs when I try to connect the device with smart studio,I will show my steps in the attachment.
    about the serial number (L1000743),I just used its debug interface to connect my circuit board to the smart studio,but I also get this error with XDS.This error occurs no matter which device I use.My friend's computer works fine.

    I suspect there's something wrong with my computer's .xml environment.

    It is not easy to figure out what the problem is if it works on one computer and not another one.

    Are you running with default xml files for Studio or have you modified them?

    Are you able to open Studio in offline mode (no HW connected)?

    One suggestion from our Tools team was to delete the Studio data from the windows registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Texas Instruments\SmartRF Studio v7
