CC2541: Thermometer can't be scanned by android device

Hi all,

I build a thermometer.hex file by using project thermometer.eww.

I flashed the hex file on CC2541EM. It can be scanned by CC2540 dongle (with BTool) and iPhone (APP: LightBlue).

But it can't be scanned by using Android device (Sony xperia XZP / Pixel3 APP: LightBlue).

Can someone give me suggestion about this issue?
