CC2650: OAD android not working for cc2650

Hello

Regarding below issue (OAD android not working for cc2650), please update us recent status.

I was informed that TI has been filed and doing investigation on this issue a year ago.

If possible, please remind us the status, as this is very critical feature for us.

We recently tested below source code (link below), which shows support  BLE Stack 2_2_0 . 

When we tested this code with BLE stack 2_2_0 firmware, it is not working. (Shows "FLASH Self test failed " message)
