Is it possible to implement following topologies in CC2640R2L bluetooth network.

1) Multi Master - Multi Slaves

2) Single Master - Multi slaves

Yes, you can use multi-role example to achieve this topology. However, CC2640R2F has limited RAM and flash so I would suggest you to use CC2642R instead of CC2640R2 to do this.
