LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: Device is Locked

Hi,

For one of the ongoing BLE projects, I am using TI launch pad CC26X2R1.

While flashing the board, i am getting Device is locked message and it asks me do you want to wipe out all the data. When i select yes, it gives me Error 241.

And it asks me to unlock the device. The board was working fine till yesterday, I dont know what went wrong and what had locked the device.

I am unaware of the way to unlock the device, can you please help me out in this?

Note : I am using uniflash tool to flash the board, also i have tried the same with use of CCS, and observed the same issue on both of the tools.

Try to use Flash Programmer 2 to do mass erase to your LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1.

In mean time i already have tried this, i could perform erase successfully. But still i am facing the same issue on RF programmer as well...

If none of this can solve the issue then you may have to use a new launchpad.

I tried all of the options but none of the option could get me out the issue.

You may try to contact TI Sales about getting a replacement.
