CC2540: Read Flash into Hex File

Hi,

I am trying to read flash into hex-file. I am getting an error while performing this action.

I could be the chip was enable "Block debug commands" last time it programs firmware into it so you cannot read flash.

Hi Bhushan,

You could confirm YK's hypothesis by attempting other commands, like erase and program actions. Have you been able to access this device previously? Do you know its firmware history?

Hi Ryan and YK,

I was able to read the flash to the hex file. I had to give a proper file name in the flash image tab.
