TRF7964A: I use TRF7964A to read labels on products, but the TRF7964A chip is often damaged

  Can you elaborate what area of the chip (e.g. I/O pins, etc) is damaged, the percentage of failure and how many total failures? It's hard to suggest what caused the damage just by looking your schematic. Having said that, please refer and compare the reference schematic that is recommended in the datasheet as well as app notes for best practices on antenna and layout designs.
