I read through the following application note, that was provided by Milen Stefanov, TI System Applications, and Olivier Monnier, Worldwide Marketing Manager, Smart Grid Solutions, Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI)

This article is talking about CC1120 being used for wireless MBus Application.

Figure 2 shows TI‘s wM-Bus PC suite

Where can I find this software for download or at least some additional information about the software features.

The PC suite is a part of the WMBUS software delivery. To get access to this you have to contact your local TI representative.

I have another advanced question regarding this topic.

There are already register settings for CC1120 defined in your Wiki for Wireless MBus N-Modes.

Are there also register settings for CC1120 available for C-Mode and S-Mode ?

Or can I use RF-Studio to set all required parameters ? How do I test compliance to these wireless M-Bus modes?

Yes of cause I read it.

This states that CC1120 complies with S,C,R, N and F Mode, but I am missing additional referenced files, that state which register settings were used to measure these wireless mbus modes.

I found the settings we have used when testing wmbus with cc1120, they should be updated. see attachement, cc1120 sheet valid for both modes, wmbus settings sheets gives the c-mode and s-mode settings0728.cc1120_WMBUS.xlsx.
