LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1: Smart RF Sniffer Agent not detecting launchpad

I'm trying to setup a CC1352 launchpad as an RF packet sniffer to help test/debug some custom boards, but I'm having issues getting the sniffer to detected the board.

I can connect to the COM port through TeraTerm, but it just outputs garbage once a second. The baud rate is set to 921600. At the same time, the green LED on the board blinks with a 1 second on/1 second off pattern.

However, Smart RF Sniffer Agent can't find the device.

I've tried this with both a CC1352R1 and a CC1352P1 launchpad (with each of their respective sniffer firmware flashed through UniFlash).

Make sure you close all other TI tools such as CCS, UniFlash, etc. and other terminal tools to test again.

All of those are closed, and I'm still having the same issue of it not detecting the sniffer hardware.

Hi Tim,

Sorry for the long response time. The sniffer firmware is configured to use a baud rate of 3000000. You should not use 921600. Can you try to change the Serial Port Settings back to use a baud rate of 3000000?

I deleted the existing user.config file and changed the baud rate to 3000000, and it's working now. Thanks!
