Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO1640, CC1312R
Hi,
I was looking at the compatibility between cc13xx/cc26xx family and the TI ISO1640/1540 I2C isolators. The isolators has a output low voltage-level of 800 and 710 mV respectively. These levels are also "the common industry practice for bidirectional I2C isolators", as confirmed in my thread on the isolators forum: https://e2e.ti.com/support/isolation-group/isolation/f/isolation-forum/1209633/iso1640-compatibility-between-cc13xx-cc26xx-family-and-iso1640-iso1540
Looking at the datasheets for the cc13xx/cc26xx family I see the GPIO voltage input threshold (V_IL) to be 0.2 * VDDS, which at the common voltage of 3.3 V is 0.66 V (see e.g. Section 8.21.6.1 in cc1312r datasheet). Is this the logic levels for the I2C as well? If no, what is the i2c logic-levels for the cc13xx/cc26xx family?
