Dear TI Teams,
We have noticed from the product introduction page of TI's official website that CC1120 and CC1101 support the wireless M-bus protocol. But as we know, both of them are only Sub-1G transceiver products and do not integrate SOC. So we are wondering how could they support the wireless M-bus protocol, and it there any SDK provide for external MCU.
We also wondering if the CC1120 and CC1101 support the WIZE protocol. If yes, how could we to realize the WIZE protocol? Is there any SDK provide for this external MCU?
Thanks,
Kind Regards
Hi
Stackforce has several solutions with MSP430 + our transceiver, and are also able to port their solutions to other platforms.
From our WMBUS page (WMBUS Application software & framework | TI.com):
"
For more information regarding the MSP43x + CC112x/CC12x0 CIG (Italian Gas meter requirements) compliant stack solution contact your TI sales representative.
Support for the wM-Bus stack is available from Stackforce GmbH. Services include stack customization and porting to hardware platforms beyond Texas Instruments’ reference design.

Regarding WIZE, TI does not have a solution for this, even if our transceivers might support the physical layer of this protocol.
