Hi Mohd,
Is it on a custom device, or is it using a Launchpad?
Regards,
Arthur
Hi Arthur,
I am using launchXL-CC1310 board. The board is detected by the system, however every time I tried to programmed the device is locked error appear.
Please advise.
Thanks
Hi Mohd,
did you flash anything to the device before? I am thinking it may be CCFG corruption,
Regards,
Arthur
Yes, I did. It happened when I tried to run my updated code. Do you have any solutions for this? Could swapping out a physical chip resolve the issue? Thanks.
Hi Mohd,
If we are lucky, there may be an option to recover the device using the integrated serial bootloader. You can find the program and the instructions here: https://www.ti.com/lit/swra466
Here, the procedure would be to build a project in Code Composer Studio, such as the "empty" project, and export it as a binary file so that we can (maybe) overwrite the whole flash with a new CCFG and program.
For instructions on how to generate a binary file from CCS, please have a look at the last answer of the following thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/sub-1-ghz-group/sub-1-ghz/f/sub-1-ghz-forum/1240525/faq-cc1352p7-is-ti-wisunfantund-working-with-the-newly-released-beagleplay-yes

Hi Arthur,
No luck, still I cant flash the chip. same error (device is locked).
Thanks
Hi Mohd,
At this point, I believe that you have to ask for a replacement from your distributor, or TI.com.
