Hi, I am connecting xds110 kit to my custom board with cc2340r5 and using the pins (gnd, 3v3, tclk, tdo) but when I am trying to test the connection it's shows the following error

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -615 @ 0x0)
The target failed to see a correctly formatted SWD header. The
connection to the target may be unreliable. Try lowering the
TCLK setting before trying again.
(Emulation package 6.0.579.0)

I am not sure what to do please help me.

Hello Satakshi,

Please send a picture of your connections. More than likely, you are connecting the wires to the top row of the XDS110/CC2340R5, when the GND, 3.3v, tclk, and tdo pins are on the bottom row of the XDS110/CC2340R5.

Hi Issac,

Thanks for the clarification. I connected it to the top row by mistake . Also, I should be connecting SWDIO to TMS and not TDO as I referred to one of your documentation.
