SmartRF05 EB device not recognized by computer

Hello,

I have a SmartRF05 EB (rev. 1.8.1), however it will not be recognized (even as an unknown device) on any of my computers in any port and I have tried 3 USB cables that work with the board that will connect. The LCD screen is always blank, and the D6 USB LED does not light up, the green LED1 light is lit up any time the power is on. This happens whether powered by battery or USB. 

I have tried linking the P3 on the working board and P2 on the non working board using the SmartRF Flash Programmer, however, the program does not recognize the malfunctioning board. 

I have tried pressing the joystick and the S1 button down at the same time while turning the board on, however that does not change anything.

I have tried everything on this page, but nothing listed has worked.

Also it is worth noting that it stopped working after a firmware update, though it worked in the time between the update and being turned off, but once it was turned on again, I started having the problems I described.

    Hi,

    Is it correct that you have a second SmartRF05EB (or CC Debugger)? Are all the SmartRF05EB jumpers mounted as in the default configuration (default settings are given in the schematics of SWRU210)?

    If that is the case, what happens if you use the other EB to resurrect the SmartRF05EB? (described in this post). Does the USB LED blink?
