CC1310: icf files are different

I believe it has something to do with the TI-RTOS.
When I comment the
//var ROM = xdc.useModule('ti.sysbios.rom.ROM'); <-- comment out
in cfg file of ti-rtos
I got the following error in the build:

Error while running iarbuild.exe c:/ti_cc13X0/simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_2_20_00_38/kernel/tirtos/builds/CC1350_LAUNCHXL/release/iar/tirtos_builds_CC1350_LAUNCHXL_release.ewp Debug -log all

Can you provide the changes you made on .ewp file?

I didn't change anything in ewp.

I open the project:

C:\ti\simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_2_20_00_38\kernel\tirtos\builds\CC1350_LAUNCHXL\release\iar\tirtos_builds_CC1350_LAUNCHXL_release.eww

In IAR and in release.cfg changed the following:

Before:

 var ROM = xdc.useModule('ti.sysbios.rom.ROM');

After:

//var ROM = xdc.useModule('ti.sysbios.rom.ROM');     //    <-commented this line

 m3Hwi.resetVectorAddress = 0x1000; //  <- added this line

And tried to build the project

What's your goal?
Can you elaborate the reason behind using the cc26xx_app_oad.icf?

I need to create an ota image.

As I understood from the document I need to disable the bios from the build of TIRTOS.

This is why I use the oad icf.

In the manual

In the section "Example usage steps" steps:

6. Open the .cfg file and comment out the ROM configuration section to not use RTOS in ROM.

7. Change the .cfg file declaration for m3Hwi.resetVectorAddress to match your linker file

what do they mean? the project after commenting the Rom configuration as describe doesn't compile. Is it ok?

Still, this question needs to be answered.
in the thread:

there was no change in the vector location and there was no change in bios compilation with RTOS.
But, if I want to download a flash version of an application,
Do I need to do those things, as mention in the document?
and if so,
how do I do them?
