CC1352R: Antenna layout from CC1350STK valid for CC1352R1?

Hy,

we are in the planning phase of a BLE/subGhz hardware based on the CC1352R1. We are comparing different antenna solutions and have come across the CC1350STK design (sensor Tag).

Would that antenna design suit the CC1352? It looks quite nice: No ceramic antenna and quite little PCB space. Will that work?

    Hi,

    We used a Dual-Band Antenna 868MHz/2.4GHz on CC1352 LP ( LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1) and where as on CC1350 LP ( LAUNCHXL-CC1350) we used Individual Antennas for each band.

    Yes, You can use Individual Antennas on CC1352R1 also but you may get less efficiency with Small Antennas.
