I am trying to setup the IOT Gateway, but I run into some problems.

When I used the house WiFi, I passed the ENOTFOUND error, but then I got the following error:

I tried connecting to the mobile hotspot, but then I got the ENOTFOUND problem:

I tried pinging in both case and this is what I got

I guess this is the problem with my internet connection, so I went ahead and turn off the Firewall on both my computer and the Xfinity router. However nothing changed.

Please help me with the problem.

Can you share what platform and software you are using?

What SDK?

What Device?

Where did you get Software from?

Do you have a sitara device connected in your setup?
