I am trying to setup the IOT Gateway, but I run into some problems. 

When I used the house WiFi, I passed the ENOTFOUND error, but then I got the following error:

I tried connecting to the mobile hotspot, but then I got the ENOTFOUND problem:

I tried pinging in both case and this is what I got

I guess this is the problem with my internet connection, so I went ahead and turn off the Firewall on both my computer and the Xfinity router. However nothing changed.

Please help me with the problem.
