Is there any plans to support Matter integration to CC3220SF (using standalone BLE module) ?

CC3235SF and CC3220SF are already integrated with Matter. Though the CC32xx support is available in the original Matter's repo, we recommend customers to use the derived TI repo. See more details in the Getting Started page and in the README in the TI Repo.

Network Provisioning is currently done by TI proprietary methods (using the Matter's On-Network configuration i.e. before the Matter stack starts) and not using BLE (we currently don't have plans to support the interface to a standalone BLE device).
