Hello,

Actually, I Want NWP log file, I am Using CC3200, So I have Some Questions

1) My UART baud rate is 115200 then While Record log is it necessary to set baud rate to 921600?

2) my UART pins are different, so it is necessary to set pin 62 & if it is necessary the which pin of my UART module I need to connect with pin62 I think RX pin?

3) After Taking Log file how would i know that it is right log file or nothing else because it is binary so how do i know?

Hi Atul,

Yes, the baud rate should be 921600 while recording
Connect pin 62 to a serial-to-USB convertor
The correct log file is the binary. Save it to a distinct place so that it is easier to find.

It just needs to connect Rx pin of USB to TTL Converter with Pin 62 Right?

then How I send that Log File to TI Engineer with Some Details?

Hi Atul,

You only need to find the NWP log if a TI engineer asks you for it, like if you have another open E2E post. If we haven't requested you send us a log, then you don't need to worry about taking one.

The reason the bin file shows up strange is because it is encoded in binary format, not a human readable format (like ascii).

I was generated the file, but it is in .log file extension the file screenshot is uploaded above it is right file?

and So Now I didn't upload file on here So can I upload that file?

I was used tera term & follow the same procedure as shown in https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru455m/swru455m.pdf

Hi Atul,

Give the file to the person who asked you to generate it. If no one asked you for this file, then you don't need to do anything with it.

actually no one asked me to generate that file, I have Problem in NWP so for that reason I was develop that file, so right now I want to Send that file to TI Engineer so they can tell me what's the problem. How I can Do that?

Actually, my board is no connecting with AP. It Will Stuck after going In Station Mode & when I put the board in AP mode it will shows Signal on mobile but very week Signal and on Laptop it not even Shows Signal.

In Above program (fig) it gets stuck in Station Mode

When I put the board in Finding AP Mode it will Not be able to retrieve the network List.

Hi,

This looks like hardware design issue (problem with RF design). I think capturing NWP log will not solve anything.

Do you use CC3200MOD or CC3200 QFN?

Did you asked TI for review of your design, if not ask here. Did you validated your RF design by measurement (e.g. testing your antenna matching at VNA, checking output power at spectrum analyser and tuning center frequency in case of QFN is used)?

Here is nice video from TI, which demonstrate why proper RF circuit is crucial.

I am Using CC3200 QFN. I didn't ask for design review yet. I will take Design review & validate RF design Then we Will Discuss till I am closing that thread.
