But as per reference schematics, the connection is established externally as shown.
Can you please confirm whether it is already connected internally, or we have to connect it externally.

The VDD_ANA does NOT need to be fed externally, although it is important to make sure it is connected as seen on the refence design (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrc348).
