BP-CC3351: Command Line Interface Error in Loading "cc33xx-conf.bin".

Tool/software:

Hi TI expert,

 We are testing the command line interface under "C:\ti\simplelink_wifi_toolbox_win_2_3_3" in DOS shell.

 We can successfully load the "cc33xx_2nd_loader.bin", and "cc33xx_fw.bin" into BP-CC3351, but fail in the 3rd step to load "cc33xx-conf.bin" with error message as below picture.

 We have checked the folder path is correct, and the cc33xx-conf.bin is correctly insider the folder. So what is such error?

 The command we use is:

   .\simplelink-wifi-toolbox.exe radio-tool -i XDS110 -param1 LS420879 common load_cc33xx_conf_bin --path_to_bin C:/ti/simplelink_wifi_toolbox_ win_2_3_3/radio-tool/binaries/CC3351/cc33xx-conf.bin
