WL1807MOD: 5Ghz band (5725 -5850 Mhz): DoC and test report for EN 300 440 ?

Part Number: WL1807MOD

Tool/software:

Dear WIFI team,

Customer is carrying out certification of a product using WL1807MOD,  targeting certification in multiple country around the world.
Certification should also includes the WLAN 5 GHz band (5725 - 5850 MHz) according to EN 300 440.
This frequency band is mentioned in TI document “CE Regulations for SRDs Operating in 2.4GHz/5 GHz Bands swra670 ”.
But it is not mentioned in any of the document from the below link (including WL1807MOD_DoC_SWRQ043) and there is apparently no test report for it:

-Do we have the 5 GHz band (5725 - 5850 MHz) DoC and associated test report?

It seems that the below posts might be related, but I am not 100% sure of the meaning:
Can you please provide some more clarification?

  • Certification in the EU CAN include the UNII-3 band, and if so it falls under EN 300 440. But a device is not required to support that band.

Those links you included say that TI chose not to support the UNII-3 band in the EU for this device, thus no reports for it exist.
