    Thermal resistance data for the WCPS package for the CC2564C is the following: 

    Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 45.9 C/W
    Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 0.2 C/W
    Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 9.4 C/W
    Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 0.1 C/W
    Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 9.2 C/W
