Hi Team, 

My customer is using CC3501 to build PCBA  w/ 40Mhz XTAL.

But they can not connect to WIFI Toolbox via LP-XDS110ET.

The following the screen shot of WIFI TOOLBOX.

Please help to provide comments for us to  connect to Wi-Fi Toolbox successfully.

    Hi Mike,

     I cannot resolve the issue based on that screenshot alone with no context. 

    Could you provide me:

    1. A picture of their setup with the XDS110 to ensure everything is correct there?

    2. FW logs of the device when attempting to use radio tool? This can be done by connecting the LOG pin of the 20 pin header of the launchpad into any FTDI cable connector  and using the Logger functionality of toolbox

    This should help me get an idea of what possible could be the issue here.

    Hi Josh, 

    Sorry for late reply.

    For the XDS 110 connection,  

    LP-XDS110 connect SWCLK, SWDIO,  nRESET, UART1_RX, UART1_TX, VCC_BRD_5V, GND to target PCBA.

    For the FW log, I will ask my customer to provide.

    Besides, my customer said that the the LP-XDS110 can connect to TI EVM board, But  the same XDS110  can not connect to their PCBA.
