we are interested to use CC3200 network controller as spi master for CC2640 in our application can we controller wifi functionality and spi operations simultaneously.
Yes, you can do both Wi-Fi operations and use the applications SPI interface at the same time. Jan is also correct, there is no HW coexistence mechanism in the CC3200 device. Designing to pass certification with coexistence between the two radios is a challenge so it is not recommended to have them both enabled at the same time in your application.
