Unfortunately I did not get some time, but today I made another attempt to connect via UART.
Previously, I read the proposed links and got the following scheme (see figure).
Result is similar to the past: CC3220 is not found, memory is not read.
I think the reason is simple, but I can not find it. Who can help?
