CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL: I can't connect cc3220sf-lauchxl to UniFlash!

I used cc3220sf lauchxl, but I can't connect to uniflash. I try this post(https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/wifi/f/968/t/717036?CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL-Problem-Connecting-with-UniFlash-to-CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL), but nothing happen. pls help me!

Hi,

It seems this is a issue with system or USB port at your computer. What Windows version do you use?

please make sure that you see two COM port at your device manager (XDS110 Class Application/User UART and XDS110 Class Auxiliary Data Port). Please provide here screenshot from device manager.
please try to use different USB cable and different USB port
please try to connect at another computer if you have available
please make sure that your COM port is not occupied by other software (but I suppose that you should see different error)

Yup, I see two Com port at my device (Window 10 pro) !

I have 4 boards and they are all the same!

I also tried other COM port, but it still didn't work.

Hi,

OK, it looks that you see both COM ports from XDS110. It seems there is a issue with your computer. At first step please try to reinstall Uniflash (completely remove and install again). If this will not a fix a issue, next step will be test at another computer. At your another computer you can install older Uniflash version (e.g. version 4.6), just for a case.
