CC2652P: RF front end layout

HI TI!

In the attached picture, enclosed in yellow rectangle, I don't have a big space to fill with GND symmetrically around the RF signals.

Is it better to fill this gap with GND even if I lose symmetry? Or is it ok to keep the layout as in the picture?

Note: that the bottom one is a solid plane of gnd.

Please feel free to give me any suggestions.

I don't think I can get much closer, the balun must be at 1.26mm, right? And the passive components of the PA are already very close to the MCU.

An alternative like the attached picture with two types of gaps (8 mil and 20 mil) around the RF signals might be ok?
