How do change transmit power level of the 802.15.4 radio during run time of the application?

Hi Karthik,

This depends on the RF stack being used. Since your recent E2E posts imply Proprietary RF, you would change the TX power at runtime with the RF_setTxPower API. Please see the TX Power section of the Prop RF User's Guide and the rflib APIs (RFCC26X2.h)
