I have download Matter SDK from GitHub, but there is no CCS project in Matter SDK folder.

AFAIK, TI doesn’t support Matter examples built in CCS.

YK is correct, TI officially supports Matter protocol from the GitHub repository with FreeRTOS GCC-based examples built outside of the CCS IDE. Please see the Matter SimpleLink Academy Labs for more information.
