CC2652P7: How to modify the transmit power when two Thread devices form a network under the otbr - agent + RCP setup?

During compile time, the default output TX power in SysConfig -> Custom -> IEEE is +5 dBm (see the src/openthread.syscfg file, or src/dmm/cc13xx_cc26xx/rcp_ble_controller.syscfg if using the RCP + BLE solution). Here is the Thread SysConfig Getting Started Guide for opening the file in the SysConfig GUI, or alternatively you could modify the source file directly in a text editor.  Make sure you are building the LP_CC1352P7_4 option for your device (binary compatible with the CC2652P7)

custom.radioConfigieee154.highPA                             = true;
custom.radioConfigieee154.txPowerHi                          = "10";

During run time, you can also use the ot-ctl txpower command.
