Questions about zigbee sleepy end device

Dear TI,

We have questions about ZigBee sleepy device.

1. Does ZigBee sleepy device can wake up by receiving the RF signals?

As far as I know ZigBee sleepy end device can wake up by external interrupts(e.g., port interrupts) or can wake up timer settings.

And if wake up is impossible by receiving the RF signals, why is that?

If it is impossible to wake up by receiving RF signlas, could you please tell me the reasons(such as rf signal strengths)?

2. And if the coordinator changes the network key when the sleep end device is in sleep state, how can the sleepy end device change the key?

No, Zigbee device cannot be waken up by RF signal. This is not related to TI or other's solution. It's fundamental of Zigbee Protocol. Zigbee End device wakes up periodically to do polling for receiving message.

Coordinator won't change network dynamically. This is fixed when coordinator forms network.

How about switch key command in zigbee specification?
If coordinator sends the switch key command? (in ZigBee specification 4.4.9.7 switch key command)
Does it possible to change the network key after form the network?

You can try to use API ZDSecMgrUpdateNwkKey and ZDSecMgrSwitchNwkKey.

More detail, when coordinator changes the network key using the switch command using broadcast, if the sleepy end deivce is in sleep state, how can sleepy end device changes the network key?

I don't try this network key change test. However, ZED should be asked to leave when it wakes up and uses wrong network key to communicate. Maybe you can test this and let's know if it is like that.
