CC2531: Complications Using Z-Tool and Z-Stack to Send Files and Customizing Stack

I've been working with making CC-2531 work as ZigBee for my Final Year Project. So far I've been able to create a network and send (or broadcast) data (in decimal) and receive on the receiver side in hex format with the help from TI community. I have 2 questions from the experts, which are as follows:

1) Can I send file(s) (doc, audio, video) from one to another CC-2531? If yes, would it require writing a code or it can be done directly from the Z-Tool?

2) What's the possibility of changing the security in the stack? For example, can I change the S-boxes in the z-stack and then use it with CC-2531?

I am in real need of help and any of it from TI community will be highly appreciated.

1) You would have to create a Z-Tool script (.zjs), there are some examples available for your reference.
2) Can you please clarify this request? What Z-Stack version are you using?

Thanks for responding.

1) Has it never been done before by anyone? If there's a code already written for that, please do share the link to it.

2) I'm using the latest version of Z-stack from the TI website. My supervisor wants me to change something, it should be something. So I thought of making changes in security (network layer) and the easiest way for that that I could think of was changing s-boxes in the AES encryption algorithm. Do you think it can be done?

1. Never see any code example of this in public. Since this is your final year project, I believe your supervisor want you to do it by yourself and not clone it from anywhere.
2. You cannot change this in Z-Stack. I think if you can do item 1 by yourself, it’s what your supervisor ask you to do.

Thanks for taking time to answer my questions.

You're right about doing it myself. However, there isn't a path that I can identify to start writing code for that because of limited resources/help available in the supporting documents.
Can you suggest an example code of something that might help me understand how a code for a custom application is written? I will appreciate that.

I suggest you to read Z-Stack ZNP interface specification.pdf and Z-Stack Monitor and Test command.pdf in Z-Stack document folder for programming it by yourself.
