Yes it does, please reference Section 5.2 and 6.3 of the Z-Stack Linux Gateway User's Guide.

I thought you only support web UI for new Z-Stack Linux GW. Do you mean I still can run console UI like Z-Stack Linux Home GW and do install code join?

YK,

yes you can still run the console UI for getting OTA Upgrade to work. The Zigbee 3.0 Linux Gateway SDK contains both the Node.js web application/Sensor-to-Cloud as well as the local sample application which has the console UI.
